Overview

Code Enforcement strives to enhance the quality of life for the citizens of Dickinson through proactive enforcement, inspections, surveys, and the investigation of possible code violations. Compliance Officers also pursue criminal and civil solutions to eliminate nuisances within the City of Dickinson

Most common concerns are substandard structures, excessively high grass and weeds, accumulation of trash and debris, illegal dumping, ‘junked’ items, illegal signage and other general nuisances-related violations

Code Enforcement pursues violations on a proactive and complaint basis.
