On Sunday February 22, 2004 at about  8:12 p.m. the female in this photo used a credit card number that did not belong to her to purchase groceries at the Kroger's store in Dickinson.  She had a young male child with her at the time.

The female also used the credit card number at two stores in Baybrook Mall on the same date.

The female used the name of Emily Janes or James.  She showed an out of state driver's license using the name of Billie James.
