September 16, 2009Credit Card Abuse
The woman in a white shirt with blue sleeves in these photographs was captured on video making purchases with a stolen credit card. The card was stolen from a Dickinson woman. The card was used at the Valero Station and Family Dollar Store on FM 146 in Bacliff and at the La Michoacana Meat Market in Texas City. The female had two boy, a girl, and an infant with here. The children all appeared to be under five years old.
