August 8, 2009Credit Card Abuse
The woman in these photographs was captured on video making purchases with a credit card stolen from a Dikcinson doctor's office. Several credit cards were stolen from the purse of an employee at the office. The credit cards were used at Macy's in Texas City, Dillard's in Baybrook Mall, and at gas stations in Texas City and on W. Little York in Houston.
