The woman in these photographs was captured on video as she was attempting to use a stolen ATM card to obtain cash from a Dickinson bank. The victim's ATM card had been stolen from her car in Texas City. The suspect also used the ATM card in LaMarque.
Detectives are asking anyone who may have information about this crime to contact Detective Craig Fos at 281-337-6341 or cfos@ci.dickinson.tx.us.

The suspect in this case has been identified at Deonette Hines of Houston. She has been charged with debit card abuse.
