Dickinson Board of Adjustment voted to Deny the Variances from the minimum 6,000 square foot lot area, minimum 100-foot lot depth, minimum 25-foot front setback, minimum 5-foot side setbacks, and minimum 15-foot rear setback requirements of Sec. 18-50. - Conventional residential "CR" district of the Code of Ordinances – with such variances allowing a minimum 1,742 square foot lot area, minimum 34.27-foot lot depth, minimum 2-foot front setback, minimum 2-foot side setback, and minimum 2-foot rear setback on the property on the 2ND of OCTOBER 2023.
