    We will be closed on December 24th & 25th
    6:00pm - 8:30pm

    (Weather Permitting)

    Last Inbound Shuttle Bus runs at 8:30pm
    Outbound Shuttles runs until the Park is empty

    All Parking and Shuttle Buses are FREE Of Charge!

    Wheelchair bound guests can be dropped off at the park where the busses load and unload.

    Street parking during the Shuttle service period is highly discouraged for safety reasons and handicap parking is available with proper Identification.

  3. Second Annual Gator Bayou Lighted Christmas Boat Parade

    December 4, 2021, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

    This fun, family friendly event begins at 6:00 p.m. at Tropical Gardens/ Gum Bayou and the beautiful lit boats will travel down Dickinson Bayou to the 646 Bridge. Public viewing is at the Dickinson Little League fields, Hwy. 3 Boat Ramp & Paul Hopkins Park

  4. Gator Blue Christmas Parade

    The ?? Gator Blue Christmas ?? Parade is on Thursday, December 9 at 6 p.m. 
    Lineup at McAdams Junior High on Hughes Road at 5:30 p.m. for float judging and awards ?? 
    *Overall Winner* 
    *Best Themed* 
    *Most Creative* 
    Parade will begin at McAdams JH and continue to the City of Dickinson, Texas City Hall Complex where Santa will arrive and take a seat in the Council chambers for families to take photos ???? . The Pilot Club of Dickinson will be serving punch and cookies ?? 
    The Dickinson Public Library will host a crafting event for families with photo backdrops and a parade of trees ?? until 8 p.m. 
    $25 entry fee. $30 after December 1!

  1. Free Tire Recycling Event

    December 6, 2021, 7:00 AM - 10:30 AM

    Any Galveston County resident may drop off up to 5 tires for recycling at the Dickinson Public Works building, 3120 Deats Road, today from 7:00am until 10:30am. This free event is for residential use only, and not for commercial disposal. Residents must be able to load and stack tires into the recycling trailer; assistance will not be available. This event is hosted by the City of Dickinson on the first Monday of every month. However, on Mondays that fall on a holiday, the tire recycling will take place the following Monday. For any questions or comments, please contact the City of Dickinson's Public Works Department at 281-337-6267.
