The City of Dickinson announces the return of the Red, White, & Bayou Texas Music Festival and Tailgate, scheduled for Saturday, September 3, and Sunday, September 4, 2022.
Jake Worthington (star of The Voice) will kick off Saturday’s Texas country music lineup at 7:30 pm with opening act Colten Jesse at 6 pm.
Sunday’s lineup will bring the heat with Logan Jahnke at 5 pm, Dylan Wheeler at 6:30 pm and Muscadine Bloodline at 8 pm. Local bands will bring entertainment to the stages during the day along with exciting festival activities for all ages.
The festival will also feature a tailgate and cookoff competition, a robust vendor market from Market 535, family activities, and so much more.
“The City of Dickinson is elated to be bringing back this time-honored tradition in the City,” said Sean Skipworth, Mayor of Dickinson. “We have spent the last five years since Harvey rebuilding and growing into the community we are today, and we are ecstatic to use this event to showcase our city. We hope the entire region will come out to celebrate all that we have overcome as a community since 2017!"
